Starting July 1 Open Source Support Desk will fully focus on providing premium support for Joomla and WordPress through Support Contracts and by offering premium Security Services only.
Existing Clients who have Support Credits left in their account (socalled Support Points) will be able to submit Support Requests via the Online Helpdesk. Prepaid Support Bundles will no longer be available once the Support Balance hits zero, unless you have signed up for a Support Contract.
These changes will have no impact on clients with a Support Contract (with or without Enduser Support) or for clients who have signed up for any of the Security Services.
