In this tutorial we will be exploring the features of the Joomla 1.0 Media Manager. This will allow you to upload and sort images for your site.
- Navigate to Site > Media Manager.
- This section of the manager shows you all images and directories that are in your currently selected directory.
- Type out the name for the new directory you want to create. The name cannot contain any spaces.
- Click the Create button in the toolbar.
- We can see our new folder has been created. Let's click on it to move to it.
- We can see we don't have any images in it yet. Let's upload an image now. Click on the Browse... button.
- Select our file and click the Open button.
- Now click on the Upload button in the toolbar.
- Let\'s go back to the root folder
- Click on a trash can to delete that file
- Confirm you want to delete the image.
